Every executive wears three hats. 123Exec is all three in one system.

- **1. Coach (Executive Coach): know where you stand.** An AI-powered Leadership Readiness Diagnostic, about ten minutes, for one leader at a time, Manager through C-Suite. It scores the leader across core competencies, produces a coaching report and a development path tied to chapters of the books *Modern Leadership Agreement* and *Rich Layers*. - **2. Operator (Executive Operator): run the company.** The weekly operating system for the whole team. Annual and quarterly priorities, Key Business Initiatives (KBIs), a weekly KPI scorecard, a weekly meeting that ends in decisions, one-on-ones with AI-guided prep, a financials workbook, an org chart, and a personal cockpit called My Plate. Industry agnostic. Free for 30 days, then one flat monthly rate by the number of leaders on the platform (not per seat): $199 for 1 to 5 leaders, $399 for 6 to 15, $699 for 16 to 30, $999 for 31 to 60, $1,299 for 61 to 125, and a conversation above that.
- **3. Strategist (Executive Strategist): operate at a higher level.** Strategy, growth, cash and enterprise value: purpose and values, brand and market strategy, profit drivers, a Library of strategy tools, a live dashboard for every leader, and one Value and Readiness Score. Strategist comes with a certified coach, because strategy is the North Star: get it wrong and a company hires the wrong people, develops the wrong skills and attacks the wrong problem.
