EPIQ Development, Inc. wants every leader, coach and team member to be able to use 123Exec, whatever tools they use to browse and work. This statement covers the 123Exec website (123exec.com), the Leadership Readiness Diagnostic (coach.123exec.com), and the 123Exec platform (app.123exec.com).
1. The standard we build to
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance and by California law. That means text and controls meet minimum color contrast, every page can be used with a keyboard alone, every form field has a visible label, images and video carry text alternatives, moving content can be paused, and pages are structured with landmarks and headings so screen readers can move through them.
2. What we have done
Every page of the website has a skip link, a main landmark, a single page title, and headings in order.
Buttons, links, labels and dashboard text meet a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their backgrounds.
Every interactive control shows a visible focus ring, and the menu and FAQ report their open or closed state to assistive technology.
The site tour video has a pause control and does not start on its own for visitors who have asked their device to reduce motion.
The website loads no analytics or advertising scripts, so there is nothing to consent to and nothing that tracks you.
We test with automated tools (axe) on every change and with keyboard-only and screen-reader passes on new pages.
3. Known limitations
The 123Exec platform is under active development. Some data-dense screens, such as the KPI scorecard and the financial dashboards, present numbers in tables and charts that we are still improving for screen-reader users. The site tour video is silent and titled, so it carries no captions; the same content is described in text on the Platform page.
4. Tell us if something is in the way
If any part of 123Exec is hard to use, tell us and we will fix it or give you the same information another way. We respond within five business days.
5. Changes to this statement
We update this statement when we make a material change to the website or the platform. The effective date at the top tells you when it last changed.
